Frequently Asked Questions
How long do repairs take?A service takes approximately 30-45mins. Punctures take around 10mins. We are normally done within the hour.
When do you do the repairs?
We carry out repair's between 10.00am-4.00pm Monday-Friday and between 10.00am-3.00pm on Saturday, don't forget we need a two hour time window.
Punctures?We will replace your inner tube on the spot and reset your tyre to the correct pressure to ensure that you are ready to roll again. This is all covered for £15.00.
please note that dutch style bikes/Pashley cycles will be charged at an extra £5 labour to cover the extra time it takes.Where will you come to?
Our area of operation is Oxford. We do operate outside of this area i.e Oxfordshire but by prior appointment only. If your not sure then its best to give us a call to check or send us an e-mail with your post code.
What are your opening hours?
We are Mobile from 10:00am till 4:00pm Monday-Friday, for work and bookings. We also do Saturday 10.00am-3.00pm
How quickly can you come out?
We try to be very flexible. In most cases if you call us before 12.00 noon then we will be with you same day.
What about insurance?
Our mechanics are fully insured.
My bike is very old and tired – will you work on it?
Trust us when we say that we have seen it all and there is always a bike in a worse state than yours. We like a challenge!
How can I pay for my Repairs?
We accept cash or cheque on completion of the work.
