Would just like to say thank you for your very prompt service,
hassle free delivery, and a great value bike. It is refreshing to
find a bike vendor in Oxford who doesn't over charge, had such
a good offer on a good lock, and friendly, efficient service.

Hello there,
I just wanted to send a quick email to say a huge Thank You to
 James for the amazing job he did fixing my bike up. He's right -
those road tyres do make it much more zippy (and less effort!)
, the gears actually feel smooth now and the brakes are fab :-)
 It's so good to know a trustworthy company who always do such
 a good job. No doubt I'll be back again!

Dear James,

Just to say that Luke and I are really delighted with our bikes - mine feels almost like a new bike.
Luke is really pleased with his, especially the forks, and assures me he will try harder in future to

I just wanted to thank you for your phone call, when you were working on my

bike, and for the fantastic improvements to it!  I used my bike this afternoon
and couldn't believe the difference in it.  I think I have a new bike, thinly
disguised as my old one!  Brilliant!
