Back on Trax Mobile Cycle Repair Specialists

Back on Trax was born in June 2003 and represents Oxfordshire’s first mobile cycle repair company providing a high quality on-site repair service for cyclists in the region.

There is an ever-increasing global awareness of the need to address ‘green’ issues, one of which is reducing transport emissions which are a major factor contributing to climate change.  Not only would increased cycle use represent part of the solution to this, but just think about the benefits of the regular exercise for you and your workforce!

Back on Trax currently run regular service days at a number of locations including the John Radcliffe Hospital, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Oxford University Press in addition to ‘on demand’ days at venues such as the Churchill hospital, Macmillan Publishers and OPP.  We also offer a free call out service to fix any type of cycle problem - anything from a simple puncture repair to a full service.

The feedback from the service days already in operation has been hugely positive.  Our fully equipped vehicle allows us to repair on-site, and even while-you-wait!  Our service will appeal to regular cyclists, those who are considering using their bikes during the warmer weather and also those occasional cyclists who like the idea of having their bikes serviced whilst they work, without the inconvenience of having to take it to a shop in their own time.

If you would be interested in discussing our services further, or would like to arrange a no-obligation initial service day for your workplace, please contact us on the details below.  And remember, Back on Trax offers a free call-out service so we are always available for cycling emergencies – minor or major!!

And for those of you who don’t yet own a bike, check out our web site for great deals on new and used cycles!

We hope to hear from you soon.
